Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a voluntary parent education program that is offered FREE to all parents of children prenatal to age three who live in Custer County.  PAT is designed to help you give your child the best possible start in life.  Through the Parents as Teachers home visits, you will gain information about your child’s development and other child rearing issues.  You will also learn activities you can do with your child to encourage his or her language, intellectual, motor and social skills.
