REHABILITATION PROGRAMS

...at Central Plains Center for Services

Tell Them…Show Them…Involve Them

Central Plains Center for Services is a private, non-profit corporation offering rehabilitative educational programs benefiting the individual, the community and justice system. These programs receive no public funding and depend solely on the fees paid by its participants.

The goal of our workshops is to reduce recidivism for the first and second time offender as well as to help individuals gain insight into their personal situation and to make changes that are beneficial to themselves and to those they love.

Central Plains Center for Services offers participants the opportunity to develop better decision-making choices through a series of steps:

Tell Them…Show Them…Involve Them

The classes are offered in North Platte, Kearney, Lexington and Broken Bow on a regular basis for all ages.

The classes involve two sessions, each lasting approximately 4 hours. The cost of the entire 8 hour class is $70.00 and is payable prior to the first session.

The objectives of the Adult Intervention Class include:

A better understanding of our personal beliefs and values and the influence they have on behavior
The exploration of many other influences on our behavior
The identification of the characteristics of responsibility, trustworthiness and freedom
The acquisition of decision making tools
Increasing control over our thoughts, actions and life
Improving our self-respect
Following the laws established by our society

Our classes are designed to encourage group discussion and interaction. Participants learn from one another and hopefully, find their lives enhanced by time spent with others. If you are interested in joining one of our classes, please fill out a registration form, enclose your fee and mail it (or deliver it) to our office at 908 South E. St., Broken Bow. We will then schedule you for the next available class and will send you a postcard prior to class with information regarding the time and place of the class.
